Abstract:
In view of the important role of landscape in the formation of our character, spirit, andstimulus to creativity, which has not yet been recognized in our field, a contribution to theconsolidation of the cultural identity in our country is called for from disciplines concernedwith landscape design. In this article we collect and go through references and concerns ofvarious authors, especially Colombians, and we stress the need to continue working on thissubject. As a conclusion, some possible activities are outlined about the relation “landscapeand cultural identity”
