Abstract:

The construction of professional identity is a creative process that develops through theinteraction with the other; this will be shown in the experiences described in this article. Away of reflection will be shown, which starts from the question to understand and toundertake change and the originality within professional work. The theory of George Mead,“symbolic interactionism”, gives a general framework to guide the discussion.
